Tim has been with the Group since 2005 having joined from Aviva. He has 30 years experience of the industry and his background in general insurance covers a number of different areas including operations, sales, underwriting and distribution.
Tim joined the Board of PBS Holdings and its associated entities in late 2005 and was appointed to the CEO role of the emerging UK General business in June of 2009.
Tim is of the view that most of what the industry offers its distributors and customers is driven by factors external to their needs. This leaves a service vacuum for an organisation big enough to provide scale and critical mass but not so big that it can't be fleet of foot.
