General benefits
Of course you’ll also get all the usual “extras” in our benefits package:*
- Holiday allowance: up to 6 weeks (exc. public holidays)
- Incentives: you’ll have the chance to increase your earning potential by achieving agreed targets
- Life assurance: all staff regardless of pension scheme membership, are provided with life assurance equivalent to four times their annual contracted salary
- Pension: membership of the company defined contribution scheme
- Permanent health insurance: a benefit of 75% (less incapacity benefit) of your gross basic salary at the commencement of the illness or disability may be payable after six months of illness or disability (subject to qualification and restrictions)
- Private medical insurance: a rich, two-tiered approach so employees can tailor their medical coverage to suit their needs, either individually or as a family (subject to qualification)
- Professional qualifications sponsorship: we can contribute towards the costs of employees undertaking professionally recognised training such as degrees, accountancy qualifications etc
