Learning and development

We have a range of approaches to learning to suit your needs and help you develop your knowledge and skills required to reach your potential.

You will receive Induction training on joining UK General to familiarise yourself with the organisation’s structures and procedures and to illustrate your role within it. However, induction will not just be about the first day, your learning will continue throughout your career with UK General. We have a blend of both classroom and e-learning as well as the external study support we offer.

To complement this training, we will make sure that you have a “buddy” to help you settle into your role as smoothly and stress free as possible.
