Karen Beales, Chief executive officer of UK General Insurance, has been shortlisted for the award of Insurance Leader of the Year at this year’s Women in Finance Award.
Karen, who has been working at UK General since 2002, joined the business as a technical underwriting manager. Now the chief executive officer of UKG, Karen is renowned across the insurance industry as the influential leader of the largest niche personal lines managing general agent in the UK.
An inspiration to colleagues and clients, Karen continues to lead the business with commerical strategy and a wealth of experience and expertise. We’re thrilled to be led by such an inspirational individual who continues to exceed expectation.
